• Systemized tracking of Design & Drawing, sharing weekly basis with client.
• Appointment of relevant consultant - Work order (WO).
• Technical survey - Soil investigation, counter survey (discussion, hard copy).
• Concept finalization for the project - Sign off by client.
• Overall layout finalization - Sign off by client.
• Co-ordination for final drawings - Sign off by client & relevant consultant.
• Reading GFC - Sign off by client &relevant consultant.
• Finalization of specifications - Sign off by client &relevant consultant.
• Value Engineering Identification of redundant design elements.
• Evaluation of Design Sufficiency through Identification of accurate requirements of client and ensure the same is achieved through design.
