• Preparation of Overall Project Schedule: Project Master Schedule.
• Micro Planning of all activities on weekly basis.
• Tracking, updating & reporting of Project Timelines: Actual Vs Planned.
• Resource Planning: Planning of Labour, Material, Machinery and finance.
• Finalize Schedule with Client and Contractor.
• Preparation of Vendor wise, zone wise, activity-wise detailed schedule.
• Preparation of Material Procurement Schedule.
• Preparation of Contractor Appointment schedule.
• Preparation and Tracking of Project Cash flow based on Project Budget.
• Tracking of Project S curve and Bell Curve.
• Check and Track all long leads items for procurement of material, equipment etc.
• Prepare a testing and commissioning schedule for all capital equipment and other engineering systems. (Lifts, Gen. Set, Transformer, STP, HVAC etc.)
